Tickets
How much are tickets to the Fair?
General Admission $5, Family (2 Adults, 2 children 12–18) $10, Children (12 & under) FREE.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
If you can purchase tickets in advance, you’ll get speedier entry to the Fair. Purchase your tickets in advance when online sales open. Tickets can also be purchased (cash and card) at the gate.
I’ve purchased a ticket, but can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, as a small volunteer organisation, we don’t have the capacity to refund pre-purchased tickets if you’re unable to attend on the day; however, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to others for admission.
Volunteering
I’d love to get involved, what should I do?
The Fair is run by, and supported by, an amazing group of volunteers. If you are interested in helping us set up the Fair or run the event on the day, check out our information on our Volunteer page.
We are also looking for people to join our wonderful committee – the event would not happen without them. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to get involved. Check out our Committee page for more info.
Transport
Can I cycle to the event?
Absolutely! There are plenty of places to lock up your bike.
Did you also know about Charge up the Hill, a free e-bike event showcasing how e-bikes can make the hardest bike trips doable for most people? You’ll need to register (info coming soon), then meet at Norwood Memorial Gardens Rotunda at 8:35 am for a 9:30 am departure. See you at the Fair around 11 am!
Is there public transport to the event?
Unfortunately, there is no public transport running to Uraidla at weekends. Contact a friend and carpool to Uraidla!
Is parking available?
Yes – and it’s all free! Follow the signs for parking around the Uraidla Oval or at Uraidla Primary School via Kidney Street.
