Below, you’ll find set-up and general bump-in information, but before you read any more, please note that stallholders have different information, depending on the Group you have been given. Refer to your email to check which group you are in.

ARRIVAL & SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please find a set of map to the grounds for the day at the bottom of this page – look foe the map that corresponds to your assigned letter (A, B, C or D). Entry to the market area will be via the oval entrance off Swamp Road.

Group A & C: Please turn left and drive clockwise around the Uraidla oval to your allocated BUMP IN ZONE – A or C.

Group B: Please turn right and drive clockwise around the Uraidla oval to your allocated BUMP IN ZONE – B or D.

Upon arrival, our volunteers will check you off the list and direct you to your site.

You will be able to drive your vehicle to your site on the showgrounds, where our orange-shirted volunteers will help you to quickly unpack. Once unpacked, please move your vehicle from your site to the school oval by heading out to Swamp Road, turning left on Kidney Street and accessing the car park from the oval gates.

We will have possession of the site on Saturday 14th of March to begin setting up. If you wish, you can set up or drop off parts of your stall anytime from Saturday afternoon, however please understand there will be no security overnight at the showgrounds so we strongly recommend only secure, lockable items be left unattended. If you plan on doing this, please advise us so we can make preparations accordingly.

Set up on the day will commence from 7:30am as per the below table. Please arrive as early as possible, according to you allocated group time, ensuring your stall is ready for trading by 9:30am.

10:00amSustainability Fair is officially open

From approximately 8am onwards coffee will be available for purchase during set up, so remember your reusable coffee mugs and get caffeinated!

Your Sustainability Fair contacts for the morning will be Steve (0423 952 562) and Seb (0403 859 874).

A few things to remember:

  1. Nothing is allowed to be hammered into the ground (think pegs, star pickets, etc) as there are multiple irrigation systems on site that we cannot risk damaging. Water features are nice, but not where they don’t belong!
  2. We will continue our promotions on social media during the week and on the day. Please like, share and comment on these posts to increase their visibility, and please remember to tag @uraidlasusfair in your own posts etc. More visibility means more people attending the Sustainability Fair.
  3. On the day our volunteers will be wearing orange shirts – you can’t miss them! These lovely people are there to help you with anything you may need so please don’t hesitate to call on them for assistance, remembering that they are all volunteers, and each of them will be doing their best to help put on a successful fair for you.

That’s a lot of info from us! Hopefully, we’ve covered everything, but if you have any other questions, of course, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
